With space limited in my garage, I have decided to sell on quite a lot of the special tools and the partially-used consumables. I advertised on the Club website and was able to find a buyer fairly quickly who took the axle stands, seal drift set, 3/8″ hex drive, along with the the ACF-50, copper grease, loctite, instant gasket, spare P clips etc.
Overall, I was able to get back just over £220 which was a welcome boost to the coffers and more importantly, avoided some unnecessary waste going into landfill.
The guy who bought the stuff was happy to come to me to pick everything up which otherwise would have been very awkward to ship.
